Notifications get instantly dismissed

I recently started using mako and noticed that sometimes notifications get almost instantly dismissed. They do not show up with makoctl list but in makoctl history. I was suspecting them to have their own timeout but that should be ignored in my configuration:

So far I noticed that behavior with notifications from Rocket.Chat.
