It can be added as a new Backend (plus new widget type) or as an extension to current Maps and Charts (complementing it's JSON files it is really the same data source, adapting to its data shapes, re-using its widget visualization system).
As extension of current Maps and/or Charts (preferred, good first issue)
- Add scraping code to current Charts or Maps (or both, if needed).
- Add the static data (if needed) to the selected backend handler(s) at https://github.com/emibcn/covid/tree/master/app/src/Backend
As new Backend (not good first issue)
- Create a new scraping backend at https://github.com/emibcn/covid-data
- Create (duplicate and adapt) a new backend at https://github.com/emibcn/covid/tree/master/app/src/Backend
- Create a new visualization widget at https://github.com/emibcn/covid/tree/master/app/src/Widget/Widgets (probably better done in another issue, but good to spot more work than with the previous option)
