Wiki: EMMO introduction needs updating to structure of EMMO 1.0.0

The current sections on top level and perspective level are outdated, e.g. top level classes are shown as Item and Collections, but they are now Item and Fusion. Also, there is no longer an Elementary class.
The Perspectives are also different now, Physicalistic is no longer a perspective etc.
