As discussed in #62 I heavily tested most of the data in this file and here is the final annoted version I can share today. It could be used to name a few more variables in this file.
All this work was put in this mod if you are interested.
There's still a lot to discover anyhow as there's still a lot of unkown values. When I didn't notice value changes, I commented "unk" with the value(s) I tried.
