When I Plug In The Controller Xb2Xinput Doesn't Recognize It
And Even XBCD Doesn't Work As A Backup Option Either

Although I do not have this exact controller I had better luck with OGX-Mini lately , Much better compatibility with Xbox gamepads and also, higher polling rates (Duke controller with Xb2XInput does 16 ms latency , with Ogxmini 4 ms)
