Duke controller not working correctly?

I'm trying to use the Duke controller with the McBazel USB adapter and Xb2XInput, but it's not working correctly. The left analog stick only registers diagonal up-left to diagonal down-right, while the right analog seems to map random buttons to various directions. Pressing A also causes very slight left analog down movement for some reason. My Type-S controller works perfectly fine, so I don't think it's a problem with the drivers or anything.
