Establish a workflow for large file uploads

We have determined that the current max file upload size is 500MB, but we need to confirm if we want to recommend a smaller max file upload size for self deposit activities.

Additionally, if a user needs to deposit a larger file, we will need to document a workflow for how to achieve that outside of the form upload process.

We also need to confirm how much upload space we need for user deposits and may need to clear out temp data more frequently.
