Hello sir, sorry for being absolute noob to GameCube modding, I’ve modded most other systems though. Anyways I have an action replay version 1.08 so I need to run sdload, when I try to patch the memory card it says obtaining low level access to drive....failed. I am not sure why? Any help would be great. Sorry again for dumb questions but I’ve been around the internet for days now. Thanks a lot and thanks for creating the things you have!!!!!

I went into settings on the memory card after I formatted to FAT and set compatibility to Windows XP sp2, and clicked run as administrator, is that correct?

Uh, no, that's not what the instructions say. You need the Windows 10 compatible version available here.

I have a question regarding Swiss Updates. I am currently running Swiss version 1290 on my GC loader and noticed that some later versions of Swiss had Bricked the GC loader for the Game cube. My question is can I safely now update the swiss version 1290 to the latest version without causing any bricking issues on my device? Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Thank You so much in advance for all your hard work that you do to constantly improve Swiss for the community.

It was not Swiss that bricked these but rather the GC-Loader firmware updates: https://github.com/danielkraak/GC-Loader/blob/master/Firmware%20Updates/changelog.md

Just make sure yours is genuine.
