Re-running job using this action fails due to duplicate artifact

In https://github.com/endlessm/threadbare/actions/runs/20227196326/job/58066135384 I tried to re-run a job that uses this action; the previous run had uploaded the artifact successfully but failed at the status-setting step.

As a result the rerun failed with:
