MongoDB lists unreleased version

The latest 7.0 version of MongoDB is listed as 7.0.24, but this version is only available as a release candidate.

It is getting picked up from https://github.com/mongodb/mongo/releases/tag/r7.0.24, which has the same problem as #511.

The tag is identical to the 7.0.24rc0 release: mongodb/mongo@r7.0.24-rc0...r7.0.24.

Mongo actually has a history of the release tag and the release announcement being a few days apart, so this might resolve itself.

The same is true for version 8.0.14 now, as added in 8948068.

Any update on this? We see the same for version 8.0.16 now. It is from this commit 3ed1a95.
