Implement the "About" dialog / button in BSS

Change content to reflect our team. Leave in credits to Varkor. Add in description that it's a responsive site (adaptive to various screen sizes).

Consider this practice and design for also the rest of the pop-up dialogs, because we will do the pop-up container in the same way.
