<p>The Old Quarter of the city of Cordoba was declared <b>World Heritage Site by the UNESCO in 1994.</b></p>
<p>It represents a living record of the different cultures which settled here through the course of history.</p>
<p>A visit to the Old Quarter of Cordoba is not complete without seeing the present-day <b>Cathedral of Cordoba</b> (formerly the Central Mosque) or the maze of alleyways, squares and courtyards which make up the district, such as <b>the Calleja de las Flores</b> (Alley of the Flowers).</p>
<p class="margin-bottom-20">Also included in the visit is the <b>Jewish Quarter</b>, which features the sole surviving Medieval synagogue in Andalusia, a fine example of Mudejar-style art dating from de 14th century.</p>
