Cannot register .xyz name into ENS #1577

Describe the bug
After I enabled the DNSSEC and added the TXT, I cannot submit proof when I pressed the "register" button, there is nothing happened. (I've connected the wallet using Metamask. It didn't popup a transaction signing window)
