CI does not run on PRs #28

https://github.com/entropia/paperless-asn-qr-codes/blob/main/.github/workflows/lint.yaml should run for all PRs, e.g. #25 and #26 did not work.
It worked for #10 however.
@jcgruenhage do you have an idea?
