store some realistic ms2 data for use in mirror plot tests #3
Description
Want some ms2 data that is semi-realistic to ensure that the plotting works as intended for the general level of complexity.
Should probably go in a conftest.py file, but if too large maybe we store as csv, json, or parquet.
