Is there any environment variable for distinguishing between development and production environments?

We could set our own custom environment variable for this, but it would convenient if Envio offered an environment variable to distinguish between development and production environments.

Analogous to how in Vercel there is VERCEL_ENV.

There's currently no such environment variable. I'm discussing with the team the possibility of adding it.

While we are at it, it would also be helpful to prefix all Envio-related env vars with the ENVIO prefix, in order to avoid any clashes with user-defined env vars.
