How to pipe the logs to Kibana in production?

The Logging docs mention the possibility of using Kibana for visualizing the logs/errors:

These logs can be integrated with analytics tools such as Kibana to generate metrics and visualizations.

However, looking at the Hosted Service, I don't see any option for configuring Kibana.

How can we pipe the logs/errors to a Kibana dashboard?

We don't have a built-in option for this on Hosted Service. But we can probably manually configure it on the dedicated plan.
