Can Environ-V3.1.1 run under CUDA?

I am working on compiling both qe-7.5 and environ-v3.1.1 using GPU. Unfortunately, I cannot find any information. If environ-v3.1.1 does not support GPU, can I run qe under Nvidia compiler but environ under intel compiler?

Any information would be appreciated.
