we support to run Host mode, which is widely use in ai-gateway. maybe we should highlight it in doc, cc @shawnh2 |

Hello. I was curious if are there any future plans to make the gateway deployable in other ways then just in Kubernotes, since not every one uses it (for diferent reasons) and the gateway looks like an great product to use.
