Limit `success` output logging

The glint code check in particular checks 1000s of files, so logging success on every one is a bit of a log hog

ideally we limit this to a given number and then overwrite the last success line or similar

this is kinda made more complex as i dont think we want to do this for any other logging and we need to properly accommodate both types of output
