Deploy integration testing catalog to pages

Use the same catalog definition as is used for integration test https://github.com/eodash/eodash_catalog/tree/main/tests

Expand the set of collections with following features:

• WMS with time dimension
• WMTS from marine copernicus
• SH WMS
• SH Tiles (non-byoc) without date?
• VEDA api XYZ
• xcube endpoint - XYZ
• Custom-Endpoint
• custom projection on indicator level
• custom projection without an official EPSG link with extent
• custom projection of a baselayer
• custom projection of COG file

Optional for now (no eodash frontend integration yet)

• Statistical APIs: SH Statistical API, Veda API, xcube statistics
• geodb endpoint with visualisation mapping
