What steps will reproduce the bug?

1. Navigate to Entities → Applications.
2. Open an existing Application or create a new one.
3. Go to the App Routes tab.
4. Add a new App Route or modify an existing one.
5. Select Read and Write in the Permissions dropdown menu for the route.
6. Save the changes.
7. Wait for synchronization with Core to complete.
8. Observe that the status remains Out Of Sync.

What is the expected behavior?

• The application should update its App Routes permissions and synchronize the changes with Core successfully.
• Once synchronization is complete, the status should change to Synced, confirming that the application is up to date with Core.

What do you see instead?

• After saving changes to the App Routes and waiting for synchronization with Core, the status remains as Out Of Sync.
