[AI Chat] The custom Time period in the filters doesn't work

What steps will reproduce the bug?

1. Log in to the tst env
2. Click new chat > Click the second button
3. Open the Advanced view for the table in the chat
4. Click Filters > Time period > Custom Time period
5. Try to change the date in the From or To fields

What is the expected behavior?

The date has been changed

What do you see instead?

Custom Time period is unclickable, user cannot change the range

I can’t reproduce this on macOS in Chrome. I can change the time period as many times as I need without any issues.

But on test env I even can't reach time period section values, because of error on the screenshot.
