Add debug feature to ec #207
Description
The fastcs helm chart includes values to enable editable and autostart features here.
These features require some functions to attach the python debugger and/or mount in the editable code in-cluster via pv-mounter. A demo of such functions has been made for p47-services in debug.py.
ec should support this for the following cases (which require more work in python-copier-template and ioc-template):
- any python copier template based project including blueAPI and fastCS projects
- C++ IOCs, which will use gdb and a similar pv-mounter based approach
