environment.sh files contain outdated EC_LOG_URL values for decommissioned graylog2 server

This file is apparently no longer used but the presence of this url might cause confusion.

This file is a holdover from before we had module load ec/ixx.

I can either remove it or update it to be a substitute for the module system if for some reason that is not available. Best case scenario is that you can have ec working from a home machine on a VPN. But this does imply some DLS specific things going in there - up to now I have tried to keep it as agnostic FOSS.

To keep it fully agnostic would imply adding additional and possible confusing questions to the copier template for the services repositories.

So I need to decide how to proceed with this.
