Hi all and congrats for your publication in JOSS.
Reading the paper I have the impression our COVID-19 Data Hub is described as a non-fully transparent data aggregator.
But the whole pipeline is open source and the code can be inspected/contributed on our github repo. All the data are properly referenced and attributed the the data provider (see the R function
covid19cite).Just FYI. All the best,
