Do interventions alter the proportion of presymptomatic transmission from the input value #166

Discussion in PR #142:

@pearsonca:

also, should this be filtered on any infector conditions or some such that might tend to bias this distribution away from what's intended to be measured?

what about conditioning on infector outcomes? my point there is that some of the intervention effects might plausibly cause observed events to differ from the "natural" course of events that presymptomatic parameter is intended to control.

@joshwlambert:

By infector outcomes, do you mean isolated or remaining unisolated? We don't have any other outcomes in the simulation that would impact proportion of presymptomatic.

@pearsonca:

sure - so an individual might become isolated during their presymptomatic period or some such?

i haven't thought thro the details here, but my instinct is roughly: when i the user provide presymptomatic fraction, i'm intending that to be about the "state of nature", and so i should want this check to reflect what my assumption is about. if isolation (which isn't the state of nature) makes an individuals offspring preferentially presymptomatic, i don't want to draw incorrect conclusions about how my assumption has been used.
