Description
Survey data are often truncated, e.g. POLYMOD has different levels of truncation for individual listing of contacts by country/setting. Where the total number of contacts are reported, it would be good to adopt a sensible strategy for dealing with this, e.g. sample from individually reported contacts to get the reported total.
