[xiaohongshu/user_posts] Login detection not working

Description

xiaohongshu user_posts command fails with 'Please log in to https://www.xiaohongshu.com in your browser first' even when the browser is logged in.

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in to Xiaohongshu in the browser
2. Run: bb-browser site xiaohongshu/user_posts [user_id]
3. Get error: User posts fetch failed

Expected behavior

Should detect the logged-in session and return user posts

Environment

• bb-browser version: latest
• Browser: Chrome (with Xiaohongshu logged in)
• OS: Windows

Additional notes

• xiaohongshu/me also fails with same error
• Other adapters (twitter, reddit) work fine
• Xiaohongshu has been blocking automated access recently
