Consider option to prefix EFeature names with name of defining EClass

The SysML2 ontology (produced via OpenCAESAR's Ecore->OML->OWL mappings) appears to prefix EFeature names with the names of the defining EClasses. We may want to have a flag to emulate this behaviour (and then we would need to discuss what should be the default behaviour).

Ideally this would be designed as a new type of component (e.g. FeaturePropertyMapper) that knows how to serialise and deserialise EFeature values to and from RDF properties.

Maged Elaasar noted that there are 52 conflicts in property names in SysML v2 (hence the need for that behaviour).
