Scroll position in docs does not work perfectly

**How to reproduce**
Go to e.g. https://equinor.github.io/webviz-subsurface/#/webviz-subsurface?id=simulationtimeseries. Observe that `SimulationTimeSeries` is off screen.

**Expected behavior**
`SimulationTimeSeries` is shown on screen (e.g. at top or something close to that).
