A trial implementation for an image renderer on terminal. Impelemented as Python port of Stefan Haustein's TerminalImageViewer.
Currently all tests except written against reference implementation passes.
After installing the Poetry project, outpot screenshot taken in Windows Terminal by running
poetry run python mess.py
