Will writeMemory function cause Crash?

When i use memory.dll to path a program, I found there is a few possibility the program just crash and Exit.
Most time it works good.
I check and find may be when I use writeMemory to write the address, and the program just run these codes.
The codes I want to change Implemented very frequently .
Is ther any good method to sovle this problem?
