allow passing of k setting with madmax

Madmax has recently allowed setting the k value for plot sizes , so can now use it for plotting k29's for chives, would it be possible to add to config yaml file so we can manage it with plotman.

Similar to, but not identical to #186 but this is specific to madmax plotter , hence new issue/requiest.

While I don't know how much I'm not going to bother to support forks, there are other reasons to allow this, such as testing, so this may bubble up and get worked on soon. We'll see.

Hi all, just added this as a new pull request to allow Madmax plotting for Chives via Plotman.
