Switch to `node:util`'s styleText API

Consider node:util's styleText API for output styling instead of chalk. The main consideration is compatibility with supported Node.js versions¹.

I found out about this from the blog post "Dependency-free Command-Line Apps powered by Node.js core modules" and it's also flagged by eslint-plugin-depend.

According to the version history of this API (copied below, from the Node.js v24.8.0 docs, for convenience) this API is only available since v20.12.0/v21.7.0 and we support ^20 || ^22 || ^24 hence this would be a breaking change. Moreover, the API wasn't stable before v22.13.0/v23.5.0 so it might be non-trivial to make an implementation that works on all supported Node.js versions.

Given the above I'm leaning towards migrating to this API when we drop support for Node.js v20 (which I'll probably wait with until it's EOL on April 30, 2026).

When this is implemented, the eslint-plugin-depend/ban-dependencies rule configuration should be updated accordingly by removing chalk.
