Incompatibility with django's cache middleware (django 1.3.x)

Due to TemplateResponses not being re-pickelable: https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/16326

This is fixed in 1.4, but gives some weird errors before that. Is this fixable or should there just be a warning in the docs?
