Apologies for putting this into issues.
Thank you for writing this little tool. I find it very useful. I've quickly botched down an extension for Visual Studio Code to provide syntax highlighting for the ratrc file:

Honestly I didn't bother with the README file and publishing it on the marketplace. But if you're up for it, feel free to clone my repo and publish the extension.
