Describe the bug
_A notice is displayed when using the WP Session Manager in WP 6.7.0+:
Notice: Function load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the wp-session-manager domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. The error is caused by this part of the script in the file wp-session-manager.php:
$wp_session_messages = [ 'bad_php_version' => sprintf( __( 'WP Session Manager requires PHP %s or newer. Please contact your system administrator to upgrade!', 'wp-session-manager' ), WP_SESSION_MINIMUM_PHP_VERSION, PHP_VERSION ), 'multiple_sessions' => __( 'Another plugin is attempting to start a session with WordPress. WP Session Manager will not work!', 'wp-session-manager' ) ];

The issue is solved if you replace it by:
