Figure out how to handle "non-generic" items

On my machine, I use:

• RVM
• NVM
• Go Lang
• etc

However, these should not be included by default.

Possible ideas:

• A separate project
• A directory of optional "extras" that can be easily included.
• Have an "extras" directory
  • Lives outside ~/.bash
  • User adds files to it
  • Bashrc sources each file in the directory
• Instruct user to add to their own ~/.bashrc file
