missing DLL

I'm trying to use the bindings as dynamic loading DLL.
I've compiled the scan example and moved simpleble-c.dll, simpleble.dll, to the build debug folder where .exe is located but im getting Access Violation error.
In your readme there is mention of fmt.dll but I cant find it.

fmt.dll indeed is not needed. I came across this issue when switching from Win10 to Win11 a while back. I could again build the samples by disabling DYNAMIC_LOADING in both SimpleBleScanExample.lpi and simpleble.pas, see screenshot.

Not 100% sure why this fails in Win11 and the samples do not work as smoothly as they did with Win10. This is also the case for my InsideBlue Tool, which still does BLE scanning on Win11 but can no longer connect to any device.
