test failing under linux for the "ParentageAssignments" output

Hi,
I'm under linux, I've ran the tests and I get this output:

DONE WITH TEST IN DIRECTORY input7

It seems to me the difference between the output and the expected is the presence of 3 columns absent in the expected.

These are columns TotPairsMendCompat, TotPairsMendAndLogL, and TotParsMendLoglAndRank.

Removing these three columns entirely, the output and expected files are identical.
