Create automated CI checks for scaffolded apps

The CLI app could be building just fine and we could still have scaffolded apps failing because we can't individually test scaffolded apps combinations.

The result of a scaffolded app should be pre-checked in CI with Playwright end-to-end testing in the `canary` branch as one of the main requirements before merging with `main` and triggering a main release.
