torchvision and accelerate requires different torch version #1

Hello!
Could you also pin the accelerate version? When I tried running it on 29th October 2025, the setup gave an error of torch version mismatch.
I found that it is because the run_requirements.sh set torch=1.12.1, but didn't pin a version to accelerate which now needs torch >= 2.0.0
