Add option to allow for initial directory to be set

Currently, all pods start and are synced with the /work-dir directory. I would like an option to allow changing that to something of the users choosing.

What is the use case? Golang comes to my mind.

Curious because, I’m wondering, should the whole manifest be customizable or just the mount path.
