on Keys screen show notification for updates when updates are paused

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When the Keys screen is paused, updates are ignored.
So when the screen is un-paused it may have become incorrect.

Describe the solution you'd like
Show that updates are received while the screen is paused.
