Cannot add network adapter without network

It is not possible to add a network adapter to a catlet without also specifying a network. For example, the following config will not add the
adapter test to the catlet:

The network adapter config is only used when an adapter with that name is used in a network configuration, e.g.:

name: my-catlet
parent: dbosoft/ubuntu-22.04/starter
network_adapters:
- name: test
  mac_address: 02:04:06:08:10:12
networks:
- name: default
  adapter_name: test

The fix will require some changes to how we persist the configuration of network adapters. Currently, the MAC address is persisted as part of the CatletNetworkPort which is always associated with a network.

Ok, mmhm, I ask myself if we could just generate the mac and set it in the adapter, as it will be "stored" in the VM config in this case.
Only problem I see is when adding the network later in a second step, that mac address must be known to configure networks. But I would suggest to store it with the reported network, which should be independent of virtual network configuration (maybe also something for flat networks and how to solve if flat network is not in project but assigned).
