Port and SSL configuration commands #341
Description
To make it easier to enable remote access to a eryph-zero instance it should be possible to configure both the listening port / hostname and the SSL certificate via command line.
For the first part the setting should be written to the application.settings in config path.
For SSL commands should be defined to generate a CSR request and to import a CRT response or to configure a template for automatic configuration via microsoft certificate services. CRT responses should support both single certs and p7b/p7c certificate chains.
