Remove builtin commands

Description:
Some of the commands are already available thanks to Discord's builtins. Let's do a bit of cleanup and remove unnecessary ones.

Acceptance Criteria:

• /ban is removed
• /kick is removed
• /timeout is removed
• All of the above and any command available as a builtin is removed

Tasks:

1. Delete the files
