Enabled Filter feature to allow for the filtering of endpoints

Did some more research on this earlier today. Found the following PR. I am not a rocket scientist but if I reading it correctly, the feature is already there and just needs to be enabled. I could be completely wrong. Something having to do with filtering endpoints was merged into the swagger-ui:master on Jul 12.

Anyway take a look for yourself and let me know

tried out the filters, they sort of work, but they're not that great. for some reason you can't include the first letter of a tag with any success. I imagine this will result in more questions than answers at this point, so I'll probably hold off until this is noticed/fixed upstream to enable it in ESI.

In the same way as mentioned in the upstream issue ( swagger-api#3876 (comment) ), it could be changed from tag filtering to filtering of endpoints
