Bug: `no-property-in-node` no longer works in linux / macos environments when using TSESlint >= 8.48.0

Coming from #578 (comment), we found that something in the 8.48.0 release of typescript-eslint has changed the behavior of the checker.getTypeAtLocation() function in a way that breaks our no-property-in-node rule for linux / mac environments. Interestingly, this still works in windows environments.

did you try running it with CI=true on windows?

I just double checked, and it still passes on windows with CI=true
